With the exception of being a little late (if what I thought I was told on the phone was correct) this was a good, quick, painless annual check up and cleaning, tech kept me informed on what he was doing.
I requested Everett by name because when I had a problem with my boiler in the past, he took the time to figure out what the problem was, and wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. He showed me he really cares, and that is something you hardly see anymore. He certainly knows what he is doing with boilers. Everett is also friendly and personable, and he treats you with respect like you' re family. He takes pride in his work, and he won't leave you with a problem until it is resolved. Great Service
I called at 8:30 reported no heat and I was told I was on the list to have a service person to my house before noon. The repair technician called shortly thereafter and said he would be there in ten minutes, which he was and the furnace was fixed before 11:00. I am a very happy customer!

The crew arrived exactly at 8am as stated. They were courteous, efficient and informative. I was told the process would take about 5 hours and that's exactly how long it took. I was given the opportunity to ask where I'd like to have the tank installed and wasn't just told "this is where it's going". After the installation everything was shown to me and explained to me. All questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction. Both installers should be commended for what appears to be a job well done.
