The Butt family had noticed that their farmhouse-style home was cold and did not have any hot water. When we arrived at their home in Flemington, NJ, our technicians confirmed that their heater and water heater was no longer working.

They had an extremely old Burnham Jubilee that did a great job in its day however it finally reach the end of its life expectancy. Problems With A Leaking Boiler

A leaking boiler is quite a serious problem. It means that an internal component has broken. This could be a valve or a seal. Valves and seals are repairable. A more serious situation is when a boiler leaks due to rust or corrosion.
