Lisa - Frenchtown, NJ
When calling to schedule a cleaning for my service , I requested a certain employee because He services the furnace to my liking, and because he accomidates my hrs. When speaking to Don I found him very rude. Instead of trying ti help me get my certain employee to come to my house, he kept telling me We are not going to pay him overtime and if you really want him have him talk to me first. He said that mutiple times to me. When I have been using Joe Reynolds for yrs. and he always accomidates my hours.Don made me very uncomfotable and very very rude.

Exactly where is my cooling or heating system filter positioned ?
It is vital that every Frenchtown house owner knows where their cooling and heating air filter is situated.
All property owners must look at their filters to make sure they are not dirty and clogging up their system.
Dirty air filters can majorly ruin your system. They also lower efficiency levels, develop indoor air pollution, and your residence will not feel as comfortable.
Take a walk around your residence and search for the blower compartment. It is also referred to as the return air duct. There, you will discover your HVAC air filter.
This location for your air filter is crucial.
This enables clean air on your property and prevents dust and other particles from collecting inside your duct system.
Should I upgrade my thermostat when it doesn’t appear to work right?
Luckily, a thermostat truly lets you know when it is time to replace it. A defective thermostat displays evident signals. A thermostat makes things evident when it is malfunctioning because you will notice that there are temperature swings in your home. Your home will not feel comfortable regardless of what time of year it is. You will feel hot and cold. Temperature fluctuations are generally the initial indicator that your thermostat is going out. This is an excellent time to replace your thermostat. Another indication for the need to replace your thermostat is if it is old or outdated. You will determine if it is outdated if it still uses a tube filled with mercury to measure the temperature inside your property. The old, outdated models do not determine temperature as adequately as the new, digital models do. They also do not keep your home as comfortable as a contemporary thermostat will. A newer model, like a programmable thermostat will make your home feel more comfortable. It additionally has been shown to decrease home heating and cooling costs simply because you can set it to your schedule.
